PARENTING AFTER SEPARATION: WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS?

Separation and divorce are tough enough on the adults, but the kids too need to find a way to transition through the upheaval in their lives. This 6 week concurrent program can help. While the parent group learns strategies for helping their kids adapt to all the changes, the children have their own group to learn ways to cope during this stressful time. Mom or Dad is welcome to attend and if, for whatever reason, your children cannot attend please know you can attend the parent group on your own.
